Great hotel experience

The hotel and all the employees I encountered were great. The hotel airport shuttle was also super convenient. The bed was comfy, the pillows were heavenly, the space was large and modern, and the kitchenette with a normal size refrigerator, plus a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Plus the breakfast was great. I'm just sad we only stayed one night there.

I was here for a short overnight during travel. Check in (Oscar I think) helped me reserve a taxi as my flight out was before the shuttle was active, so that was appreciated. There was a little confusion getting picked up by the shuttle but it worked out. And grateful for the on site bar/ restaurant. I was too tired to go in search of a place to get a beer and a bite. Made a difficult day better. The bed was comfortable and room surprisingly quiet considering some kind of school event was settling in as I turned in.

It was a pleasurable stay. However you could have mentioned in your app that their shuttle pick up is only until 11p. The reason we picked this hotel is because of the shuttle service and we did not land until midnight. We were disappointed that we had to take the uber. Good thing they were close to the subway. That made up for it.
