Very clean and comfortable. Very new. The woman at the front desk was very helpful answering our questions and booking Hop on Hop Off bus for the city. She was attentive and followed up to see if we received the info and offered further assistance. There isn't an airport shuttle. The airport is so close, it would be nice to not have to pay for an uber. It's a large and busy hotel. I would think that could run a regular shuttle.

Updated rooms, comfortable beds and pillows (not the squishy type you usually get). Large lobby/lounge area for breakfast as well as for getting work done. Great fresh deli items available for purchase in lobby (beyond what is typically offered at other Hamptons). Very friendly and helpful staff.
