The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable in parts. It had a kettle which is great. The annoying thing there was no plug socket by the bed to charge your phone in to. I would stay there again, staff were friendly, was only their for one night on business so was only there to sleep so can not comment on food

Lovely hotel. Friendly reception staff. Bed really comfy. We also really enjoyed the leisure facilities. The only downside was that the bar only had one person serving so we waited in a queue for 20 mins for a drink. Help did arrive, but not very professional service from the additional server. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely stay in great location, large group staying meant had to dine in other room. Ordered breakfast was quick to deliver but so.e items wrong. Normally buffet style which i sometimes prefer in big hotel.

This hotel caters mainly for coach trips do service is skewed towards large parties rather than solo travellers, having said that, staff were as friendly and efficient as they could be but they were run off their feet. Great deal on set dinner and the pool was a real bonus.

Great locations. Great hotel staff lovely. Breakfast all waiting so nothing cooked fresh. Small selection of food. Which isnt bad but could do with a little more option. I understand the hotel caters for the coach parties. But when they have children in the hotel, a childs option on the menu would help.
