Fabulous location!! Right across the street from the beach and next door to a great BBQ place. Having a cooler, beach bag, beach towels, and chairs was a great bonus! The deck was spacious and lovely to have. The property is probably due for a few window improvements, but overall the space was very clean. Only real cons: spotty WiFi, no full length mirror, and the fitted sheet kept coming off the mattress while we slept. Otherwise, great! Would stay again!

Great stay for 2 people. Very clean and quiet. 2 minute walk to beautiful Bradenton Beach. House sits right next door to an awesome food venue and the cutest little coffee trailor. Property manager very nice to work with. Definitely will be back.

Excellent location. Quaint. A couple of things need updates on the description. No laundry as stated and was left with only two beach towels for two weeks so had to find a laundromat. But enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The apartment was adorable! It’s great for 1-2 people. The only issue was the shower curtain. It falls pretty easily. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

I loved the house, and I could tell things aren't back to how they were before the hurricane. Some things travelers should be aware of:1) Listed washer and dryer, which is shown in the pictures but does not exist. 2) Asked in the app about washer and dryer, zero response3) The deck furniture table was missing glass, so useless if you wanted to put a drink down. 4) Shower curtain rod was being held up by a hope and a prayer, and maybe 3 in screws and tons of Sheetrock mud.

Fantastic location

We only had a few days to spend on AMI. The Pink House was quaint and unique, perfectly located a block from the beach and literally beside an amazing restaurant Smoqhouse. Some beach chairs to use would be a great addition and the bathroom could use a bit of repair from some water damage but otherwise it was a perfect stay for 2 of us for a few days.

Girls’ Long Weekend

My friend and I stayed at the Pink House for a four day weekend trip. We loved the Pink House! It was easy to get to, clean, and walking distance to the beach and some restaurants. The decorations were so cute inside and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen was well stocked with everything for us to to prepare breakfast and lunch. We went out to dinner. The host left a booklet with some many recommendations for restaurants and activities. We had the best time!!
