Firstly, i booked the deluxe king size room. They gave use a double queen size room! They gave away our room to evacuated from the fires! Bathroom floor was filty, toe nails in the corners! Pool area was filthy, wet towels everywhere and no clean towels. Broken tile in the hot tub. Carpets in the hallway were covered with food.

Everything was great! Quiet, clean, good service. I'm not so sure about the crazy shower head contraption though. Not much pressure and you needed a tutorial to figure it all out.
