I am very familiar with the Branson area as I visited many times and have stayed in hotels ranging from low cost to very pricey. Towers is hands down the best hotel at an affordable rate. Please listen to a man who knows how hotels as he travels every day. You will not regret staying here.

We stay here every year for our Christmas trip. The hotel stay is always very nice and comfortable. However, this year when we arrived, a clerk was pretty snippy to us. We simply asked if we could check in an hour early. My husband is always very polite. She snapped at him and said it’s not ready. So he turned to me when I walked in and said it’s not ready. I said oh ok do you know what time it will be? And she said she could only guarantee the 4 pm time. That’s fine. But the way she said all of this to us was very cold and unprofessional. She knew she was being ugly and had a smug grin on her face the entire time. I’m not sure what her issue was because this is a normal thing to do after a 5 hour drive. It never hurts to ask if you can check in early.

Charged 25.00 to check in 45 minutes early, when the room was ready, then wants us to forgo housekeeping services, because they are short handed! Didn’t do anything to our room for three days. Decent place, but didn’t care for lack of service, and the fees and attitude. Have stayed here many times, it keeps going downhill.
