The room was nice, however, I don’t think the cleaning lady finished. The trash cans had no liners and the toilet seat was up with not enough toilet paper. We ran out of toilet paper and there were no extras to be found. The balcony was ok, but I can’t justify paying more for a balcony room that you can’t see anything but a roof on. I appreciated the roll away bed and promptness of the staff getting the bed as well as the cart to the room. They just weren’t my favorite people when I ran out of toilet paper. Also, I received no breakfast instructions even when I asked. She just said you have to get breakfast at the other hotel. We missed it completely.

We had the best experience! The room was awesome and up to date, although I failed to figure out the ceiling fan and why the light would randomly come on in the middle of the night. The staff was so friendly and helpful and being right next to shopping and everything you could need in walking distance was amazing! I was so impressed! Probably the best hotel experience I have had! We will definitely be coming back!!

The room was very hot even with the unit turned down to 65 degrees. The heating/ac return vent was very loud and ran nonstop the entire night. The bed wasn’t made properly, felt very starchy and itchy. It was our worst experience in a Hilton ever. Will not be staying here again.

Had reserved a handicap room close to elevator. It did not. We were given a room at end of hall. No restaurant for breakfast in that hotel and had to cross street and up a long ramp pushing a wheel chair. Never again. No respect for the handicapped.

Being charged for parking twice bc we got two rooms, only had one vehicle so would think only one parking charge! Also no supply coffee or water that I was able to see in hotel other than little market inside which is for purchase, and only microwave on property is inside market, rooms do not have one!
