The Space:
When it comes to fun in Branson, it's all about the location and size! This premier property is almost one acre in lot size and directly across from the pool! There's a cute wet weather creek that runs along the property's side that makes it so attractive and whimsical. Sit on one of the HUGE almost 1000sf deck or porch and watch as the kids splash around in the pool! This property is the closest one to the new indoor pool, just right next door!! The vaulted living room ceilings and the extended height ceiling in the rest of the home, make this incredible vacation retreat feel even larger than the home already is! The fully equipped kitchen on the main level features a double oven, tons of counter space, and anything else needed for the chefs of the group!! Nearly all bedrooms have an attached bathroom, so no overcrowding when getting ready for your Branson adventures! The downstairs game/living area features tons of board games, a dart board, and a pool table for indoor entertainment. If a large home that sleeps up to 30 people, in a perfect location to access all things Branson, and excellent neighborhood amenities is what you have in mind; then we would love to have you as our guests and experience this extraordinary getaway lodge!

Plenty of seating for your large group, Highchair, and booster seats.
LIVING AREAS:
Quality and comfortable seating throws for keeping warm on cooler nights, gas fireplace, and a large TV w/great sound for movie night.
BEDROOMS:
All bedrooms have premium bedding and linens, lighting by each bed, USB Ports for charging, plenty of outlet plug-ins by each bedside, Additional blankets and pillows, and there is a smart TV in each room.

**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

**Minimum booking age is 21.

**The pools at this location are maintained by the Chateau Cove HOA, please be advised that their team can close the areas for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pools to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
**Indoor pool is open year-round, Outdoor pool is seasonal. Pool areas are open 9am-9pm.
