Good size room with 2 king size beds. Bathroom slightly on the small size for a family room but workable. Parking isn’t the best and the charge is a little too high I think. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very helpful always. Location is perfect. We will definitely be making this our go to hotel when coming to Brighton.

Brighton Overall disappointed

Nice hotel but not American idea of 4 star. The outside of the hotel was dirty - glass on doors was never cleaned. Pieces of trash around that no one picked up. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and acomodating. Brighton itself was dirty and not a place I would visit again.

Paid over £400 for one night. Tried to check in just an hour early – receptionist confirmed the room was ready but still wanted a £20 early check-in fee. Later that night, I tried to bring in a friend who had left their bag in my room earlier, but security denied entry and demanded £50 to let him in. The guard was rude and monitored every guest’s movement. VIP Access status wasn’t acknowledged. Not worth the price.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and supportive. We enjoyed using the sauna and the indoor pool. It was cleaned and smelt wonderful. For breakfast, there was a wide range of options to choose from. The location is ideal close to restaurants the Sea life aquarium and Brighton Pier. As a guest it was great that we got a discount for parking.
