Not a good experience at all. The hotel was not clean enough and everything felt very old. No slippers were provided, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel — a big disappointment. This wasn’t just my room either. My friend found a blood stain on her bed linens, which was clearly visible and had not been replaced by housekeeping, she has to mentioned to them! On top of that, the room was extremely cold. The air conditioning was on all day but didn’t work properly, likely because the filters were full of dust and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The lobby chairs were also very dirty and looked tatty. The only positive point was the location, as the hotel is very close to the train station. Also the staff on reception was very polite!

The hotel is new and beautifully furnished. The rooms are very clean and fully equipped with everything you need, including towels, soap, and shampoo. In a double room, they even provide four pillows, which is a nice touch, although the only downside is that the pillows are a bit too high. I love sleeping in complete darkness, and the curtains are excellent: even during the day, no light gets into the room. I absolutely loved that. Another great point is the silence, there was no noise at all during my stay, which made it very relaxing.
