The spacious, bright fully equipped kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar leads out onto your private patio and the living room includes a Smart TV for streaming your favourite platforms. Close to the seafront, shopping centre and train station, this is the central hub of Brighton!

Bright townhouse with spacious living areas and parking in the centre of Brighton! This is the perfect place for professionals or for a family to get away.

KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The dining area has a tonne of natural daylight pouring in from the patio garden, please note - access past the gate is not for guest use. The fully equipped kitchen has an induction hob, integrated fridge/freezer and breakfast bar plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody. In addition to this we offer complimentary tea and coffee, salt and pepper - so please help yourself.

LIVING ROOM
You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with 2 sleeping chair beds, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM & ENSUITE
- The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet located on the Second Floor
- The ensuite in the ground floor bedroom has a shower, sink, mirror and toilet
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats for your stay.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms with a mix of sleeping arrangements to suit your needs. Plenty of fresh bed linen is provided for all beds. Travel Cot and High Chair are available for hire.

Nice property, and in a great location. There was no microwave in the unit despite it being listed in the details. We were surprised to learn that there was insufficient toilet paper. We were hit up for the damage deposit before we we given access to the property. It was raining and we had to arrange payment prior to access. Sorry , cannot give 5 stars. As a result.

Central Brighton location

Loved the location which was walking distance to train station, lanes, shops, restaurants and promenade. Loved the parking which is such a problem in Brighton. The house is well kept and very comfortable but the stairs would be difficult for less physically able which is my only concern. Realistically it would be hard to find a place in Brighton that didn’t have stairs so regardless of this i do recommend staying there.
