Check in was a bit confusing. The email read like we would get a text to advise how to check in, but it did not come. Sent a text with no response. It was fine checking in without the details though. We were given the wrong room. Created a bit of stress trying to work out what we had booked, but certainly not enough beds for us all. It was easily fixed. Room was basic but as expected. It was cheap and near the airport, so everything we needed. Don’t bother with a warm shower if you are catching an early flight. A sign said it took time for the hot water to flow through. I turned it on and only got drips. Left it there for several minutes with no change. Discovered there was a button at the back of the shower head that needed to be pressed for the shower to work. Left it for another few minutes and I’d get the odd burst of warm water but would then go cold again. 5 minutes spent trying to sort it and ended up with a cold shower!

I was stunned at the modern look the room had with electric curtains, usb ports in the bed head, enormous shower. The lady receptionist was fantastic. We got into the room earlier than we should have. Transport by bus or train right outside. We will definitely return

Room was dirty and ants on desk where soemthing sticky hadn't been cleaned. Carpets filthy and a smashed window. Non-contact entry so had to ph manager who eventually came and stuck a board over broken window leaning against curtain (not secured apart frm bed pushed against it). Very pricey for what it was. Did give us $60 cash towards dinner for 4 adults as compensation-didn't go far! Weird guy hanging around who seemed able to access everyones rooms - not maintenance man but "helps the lady out". Helped carry board in for window. Gave us an uneasy feeling. Wouldn't stay again or recommend. Lots of building maintenance & cleaning needed.

Unfortunately our room’s ceiling was covered in mould. It ruined our stay and our nights sleep. I’ve been sick with a sore throat and headaches since. The room shouldn’t be used as it is extremely unsafe, I’m not sure why a pet friendly room has to be so rundown it was very disappointing.
The ceiling is covered in mould above the bed!
