Overall the room was fine. They like the kitchenette (vs the hotels they used). Having a balcony is good. Having a variety of restaurants/takeaways within throwing distance is good. Public transport nearby and the venues of Fortitude Valley in walking distance. Reviews they read say the noise is annoying. They won't disagree. Knowing this, they used disposal ear plugs for sleep and no problem. The customer struggled to find a secure labelled container/chute for hotel access cards (returning guest provided advice). Having clear info in the hotel booklet in the occupant's room would correct that and signage at the hotel lobby.

The staff on the front desk were really friendly and helpful. Great central location in Fortitude Valley. Apartment was very clean. I stayed there with a friend and she slept in the bed and I slept on the couch. The couch had springs sticking up, which made it slightly uncomfortable to sleep on, but overall it was a great little apartment. Would definitely recommend paying for parking if you have a car as it’s a secure car park. Loved the location. My friend thought it was a bit noisy in the bedroom, but I thought it was fine. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was perfect for what we wanted plenty of street life and things to explore. There is plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area for food as well as eazymarts if you’d like the cheaper option

I rebooked as my last stay was great. The open windows and ac blowing when I checked in was a red flag and found the apartment stank of cigarette smoke the next day when I returned to the room. The neighbouring room partying til well after midnight with load music pumping into my bedroom left me without sleep for two nights. Not sure if security arrived but were called to try to sort it out. Don’t think I’ll be back.
