The most comfortable motel bed!! Staff very friendly and helpful! On site restaurant was convenient and tasty meal with lovely lady out front of house. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in 2 bedroom unit with 2 young children and an infant. We had to pay extra for the infant on arrival which I wasn't informed of when booking. And then extra again for cot. There was a bit of traffic noise throught the night. But otherwise happy with stay. Clean and comfortable and close to airport. Appreciated the kitchen to make a quick breakfast before walking to train station.

There was lots of mosquitoes flying in the room. Also, there were cups, plates and cuttlery in the room to use but no sink to wash these. We were told to use the toilet handbasin to wash them. Very unhygenic.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They let us prebook their shuttle to the airport which was very handy. Two bedroom suite was tidy and clean, one of the rooms didn’t have aircon though which was disappointing. The bathroom could do with a refresh as quite dated but aside from that it was a nice place to rest ahead of our flight

Not as close to the airport as thought, and although the free shuttle service to the airport was appreciated, it still cost AUD27 for an Uber ride from the Domestic terminal to the hotel. The hotel itself was ok, a budget option. The problem with our room (222) was that the bathroom window in the shower couldn't be closed (a missing pane?) and bugs were constantly flying into the room. Since we stayed only 1 night and flying out early in the morning, we lived with it, but definitely would have moved on a longer stay. Check-in process was simple and the room itself was clean
