Stayed here for one night after making a mistake with our booking for other holiday accomodation. Was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t a disaster as it was Room was quiet and clean. Beds were too soft for our liking. Was weird that there was no phone or way to contact staff when for example the wifi password was unavailable and the coffee machine was faulty. Biggest issue however was that the car park was extraordinarily difficult to park in, such tiny spaces. Overall it was very satisfactory though.

The property was ideally suited to visiting my husband in the hospital next door. But chose an apartment with a full kitchen including hot plates and not fitted out. No crockery, no cutlery, no washing up items, dishwasher broken and fridge had no freezer. Both my husband & I got stuck in the basement at different times with different rooms keys that wouldn't work. Staff friendly and helpful.

Nice place and convenient. The balcony is lovely in the morning for coffee and a snack. Our TV didn’t work properly, but we didn’t bother contact reception. I’m sure they would have sorted it out.

Mark, the gentleman at the front desk very professional,very helpful, very nice! The hotel is alder hotel but it's immaculate. I could definitely tell they stayed on top of things !!!!

Liked room layout. Restaurant on ground floor was good - their takeaway meal service was a great idea. Footpath area and steps into Hotel were grubby and could do with a clean and maybe an update.
