The stay was okay but the room had mould through the bathroom. the restaurant bathrooms were terrible. took my child to the toilets and there was a used syringe in the toilet bowl. food was nice One towel was dirty with black stains on it also.

Check in was fast and easy. The room looked like it had just been renovated and was clean. However the bathroom was really small. If you were a bigger person you would have trouble using it. Unfortunately the car parking was horrendous. It's a tight car park with small spaces. Glad I had a smaller car.

I loved the room, the balcony, clean room, sheets and bathroom. But there are homeless people in the park, tents, drug-out folks on the sidewalks and benches. People undressing in the park, unsafe area. Ask for room with upper front balcony.

The room was average., besides the service desk on arrival the staff don’t smile or engage in conversation. The lift to go to the underground carpark was extremely slow and at times the stairs were quicker than it. The food we did have for breakfast was very good. No biscuits or microwave in room. Very average for the price paid and we have travelled extensively. Will not be a returning customer.
