We had a fantastic stay at Meriton Suites Herschel Street. The room was absolutely spotless on arrival, with fresh linen and a beautifully presented bathroom. The suite felt modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming and courteous from check-in to check-out. They were happy to assist with any questions and made the whole experience seamless. The amenities were also a highlight — the pool and gym were well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Brisbane CBD. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

The gentleman who booked me in was very courteous and helpful, ten out of ten for him. The rooms were clean, had to use the bathroom at the lobby and it was spotless. Could not fault our stay and would certainly be back. Well done Meriton.

It was just…..ordinary. Rooms were neat, compact and functional. Staff do not do what they say they will. Do not return calls or emails. Left some non food items in fridge, was told they must have been thrown out, funny that the cleaner of my room could not remember seeing anything. Hmmmm…?? Took staff 3 days (and my phoning them everyday) before finally I asked to speak to a manager to be told…they must have been thrown out. No care. Pillows were nice.

The one bedroom was very roomy. The apartment was well equipped. We water pressure was outstanding and everything was great. The best part of the trip was the staff. Friendly and very helpful. We were highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and spacious hotel apartment. The view was amazing, the staff let us check in early on a hot day which was really helpful. Lots of pubs and cafes nearby, main attractions are 10mins away via cab. Overall it waa a pleasant stay, highly recommend

The staff were efficient and professional. The room was spacious but simple and a bit tired. We stayed for 2 nights but the room wasn't serviced for the second half of the stay. The magazines in the room also had scribble on them and the television system was also difficult to work out and a pain in the bum to use.
