It's in a walkable location to Queenstreet, bit dated, but was a lovely overnight stay, didn't notice any construction noise & slept with the balcony open, friendly reception staff & great kabab place on the corner.

This hotel is in a great location close to everything. The room was clean and spacious. Do not stay here if you want a restful nights sleep though. It was so noisy of a nighttime i was awake about every hour. It would be nice if it was communicated that there was construction around so that guests can make informed decisions when booking a hotel or if that is the case be priced appropriately. To spend $300 on a room to not sleep was not a good night away.

The hotel itself is fine but the walls are thin. Being woken up at 2am with crashing sounds from above and the constant banging from next door took away from the great service at the front desk. Blocked garbage chutes added to the not so nice ambience with garbage piled up in the refuge room…

The property had a floor Leak, From the kitchen to the lounge area water was bubbling out of the floor we had to put blankets on the ground just to walk without getting wet feet, the smell was absolutely disgusting and mouldy, the property new of this because when I mentioned it they said that issue had beeen fixed we stayed one night and had to get accommodation else where I have emailed the oaks apartments to no response as of yet

Comfortable accommodation. However, the nearby loud building construction noise & bright lights continuing through the night made getting a good nights sleep quite a challenge!
