We are 7 minutes drive to Brisbane city and Southbank, 1 hour to Gold Coast, under 2 hours to Byron Bay.

When you’re back home after an amazing day out, unwind by soaking in the oversized freestanding Victoria + Albert volcanic composite tub, rinse off under the monsoon rain shower or watch the sunset from the deck overlooking the huge grassy lawn.

Retire to the main suite to watch a movie and chill in the king bed. Configure our four bedrooms to suit children or adults. We have 2 new king single trundle beds which can form 4 king single beds or be joined to create inviting super king beds.

Extra large flatscreen Tv and a fully stocked playroom and library wall provides plenty of at home entertainment. Nearby sports precincts and playgrounds plus the city riverwalk will keep everyone busy and tired!

Luckily we also have blackout curtains for a great sleep in, full kitchen with Caesarstone benches and an induction cooktop if you prefer to eat in.

If you don’t want to cook you can walk down the road for takeout.. fresh seafood, fish and chips, coffee or Chinese are a few minutes walk away. Even more quality restaurants are nearby - in person or delivered to your door via Uber Eats. With everything on our doorstep we can’t believe it is still such a quiet and relaxing neighbourhood.

High powered air conditioning throughout plus fans will keep you extremely comfortable at this time of year. Award winning Christmas lights, parks and the protected Toohey Forest are all steps from home. Get ready for hiking, shopping, bird life and spotting wild koalas.

We love our home and truly live in paradise. We are off overseas to visit family this year so our home is yours for the holidays :)
