Disappointed that you had to pay $6 ‘delivery’ of food and drink to the 4th floor pool area Requested a small jug of fresh milk for the room, never been charged by a hotel for this before but $2 at Marriot

Staff are extremely rude, my room wasn’t ready until 530 they then went on to say check in is at 2 but it doesn’t mean your room will be ready. I have never experienced such bad service I was actually shocked.. how can you book and pay for a room to have to check out by 11 the next day but they can’t have your room ready for you until 530 I honestly feel that it is unacceptable and I will not be staying at any Marriott ever again

Beautiful property with wonderful views of the river and the bridge. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice, but with a couple of small issues. Firstly the bed was sagged on one side. One of the cupboard hinges was broken. And there was only 2 coffee sachets in the room. It just seemed a bit tight for a luxury hotel.
