The apartments are always nice and clean with everything needed for a stay. We have stayed previously with excellent service. However, the major downfall during our latest stay was the air con. During the night it either stopped working or started pumping out hot air despite the settings causing a really bad sleeping experience. Asides from this downfall, location is excellent, customer service is excellent and cleanliness is excellent.

Location was fantastic. View was excellent. Was very disappointed with the breakfast. Was charged $25 for eggs that had been in the warmer for hours. One piece of bacon only. Staff were not interested in topping up more breakfast. Bathroom needed severe attention.

We had to wait over 1 hour to check in Past 2pm. Because our room wasn't ready. They told us they need to inspect it. There was only one lift working and it was super slow. There was no smoking on the balcony but on our balcony there was a smoke on the chair. In the hallways to the rooms there was a horrible smell. It was really bad smell. We had to pay a extra $45 to park our car on the property. It wasn't included in our price of the room.
