Reception team were welcoming, friendly and efficient. Have to say that the room was a disappointment. I paid for a Superior Room (251)! but it felt very tired and dated. There was damp on the external walls and the paint on the window cills were all chipped and blown from the moisture. It didn’t feel Superior at all.

The hotel is city based, noise expected and received - cold room / tiny dungeon pool which is not even nearly a spa at extra cost was an unpleasant surprise - big queue at check in as everyone scrambles with extra charges and booking pool time - not recommended very disappointed.
