Modern comfortable hotel within easy walking distance of the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and stylish. Breakfast buffet was OK.

A great stay.

A great stay - comfy, stylish room, tidy and very clean (apart from a slightly discolored sink). Great breakfast, with a really good selection and efficient, friendly service throughout the stay. Liked touches like maple syrup dispenser - far less single us plastic than a normal hotel breakfast. Family room was great, as our daughter had her own space. Very much recommended.

Really cool hotel on the inside, but there was some renovations on the outside. The location is a decent walk to the trains or restaurants. I would say the neighborhood was just "OK", so that would be my only reason not to recommend. Otherwise it was a great hotel with a cool and fun vibe.

It was hard to find because it was covered in scaffolding but once inside the room was nice and clean with good amenities. Staff were friendly. Overall, very good value for money for a one night stay in Bristol. I’d stay again and reccomend to others. It’s a 10 minute walk from Cabot Circus and a 20 Minute Walk to Bristol Temple Meads Station, 3 minute walk from a 24h garage if you need, water snacks etc.

Good position, bed to improve

Overall a good stay, friendly and helpful staff and also good position. The mattress could be replaced as it was sagging, they offered 2 soft pillow. I think it's better to offer one soft pillow and a hard one to accommodate different taste
