Date of stay Saturday 25 th check in for one night .Hi unfortunately I’m having to make a small Complaint overall we were happy with our stay but the breakfast was a major let down we arrived down to breakfast and was disappointed to find no eggs no sausage no tomatoes and barely warm beans and one hash brown the only reason I paid £26 was to have two full English style breakfast which I was very much looking forward to ,I had to settle for a few slices of bacon and toast ,it was a similar experience for my girlfriend. She didn’t get what she was expecting for £13 .also the kettle in the room wasn’t working so I was unable to make myself a morning tea in the room . I’d appreciate you contact me in regards to this situation.

We have had a wonderful stay at Moxy from check in to leaving the hotel . Staff has been extremely helpful , friendly ,considerate and informative - especially young lady during check in (incl complementary drink )and young gentleman at check out. Room was cosy , warm and specious with excellent WiFi, great comfy bed and pillows . Lobby has a lovely, relaxing and chilling atmosphere - very comfy chairs. I’m so impress with Moxy hotel in Bristol , magnificent scent on the entry to hotel gave me very sophisticated feeling .

We have a lovely relaxing stay here when we came for the forwards festival. Staff were friendly and nice and allowed us to bring in food from outside restaurants which was nice!

Another lovely stay. Great staff but under pressure. Bar service slow. No white wine except Chardonnay! Rest of wine menu unavailable. Great dog-friendly hotel. Super comfortable room.

One night stay. Clean room, not too much storage space though. The A/C unit was wonky, we tried lowering the temperature but looked like it didn't do anything? Quite good breakfast.

The room was well designed, the layout gave a good amount of space to move around considering the size of the room. The beds were more comfy than many I've slept on, they felt more like beds than blocks of stone and there was a decent amount of pillows in the room for once too. Finally a room with plenty of coat hooks too! I liked the metal grate styling in the room, which enabled flexible use of hooks and hangers to keep clothes tidy. I also was fond of the conditioner provided in the shower too;all too often it is forgotten. Great room, great design, great thoughtfulness for amenities. The only downside I had was that the check in desk isn't obvious when you walk in the front door. It's to the left but there is another desk to the right for other things.

We loved The Moxy, we just struggled with how hot and dry the room was. We had the window open but overlooked the main road so was noisy to do this which we didn’t mind, but some people might not be able to sleep with the traffic noise.
