From checking in to leaving after spending Christmas in the Grand Palace was excellent and I would have no problem in recommending this hotel to anyone. We had a Loft Room on the 5th Floor, this was spacious and also had a Water Jet Bath, Nespresso Machine, Mini Bar and Chocolates curtesy of the management. From start to finish the staff at the hotel stood out as exceptional. From Katarina on Reception (my Honey Sweet partner) to Jaroslav and Andre in the Lobby Bar / Restaurant to Ameliia Hosting the Breakfasts which were amazing in the mornings. Would I stay at this hotel on my next trip to Brno, without a shadow of doubt :-)

The hotel and room are beautiful. The staff were great. However, our room was not ready at the check. In time and was directly across the street from a dance club the played loud music until almost 3:00 am!!!’ Along with the crowd you could easily hear. If you stay here make sure you inquire as to where your room is relative to the dance club.

The room was spacious and clean. Provided with all the comforts. The staff were always checking to ensure that my needs were met. They were friendly and always willing to go out of their way to help. The hotel is beautiful and reasonable for the quality of service. It is perhaps the grandest free breakfast we have ever experienced. The bed was massive. Live piano music fills the grand lobby and offers a r tremendous place for a cocktail. Also received 20% off a grand meal and 2 free drinks- Great experience
