Everything was just OK except the curb at the entrance which is not marked properly so multiple customers have driven over the curb. We also drove over the curb and damage our car extensively underneath! The receptionist at the check in was not overly concerned and the reception at the check out did not know about it. The was also no complimentary water in the fridge. We are totally disappointed at Hilton for allowing a hotel with safety issues, luck of attention to details ie no water and also level of cleanliness, the bathroom fan intake cover had black balls of dirt in both rooms.

Our experience at this hotel was excellent. The property was impeccably clean, and the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and friendliness. We were pleasantly surprised when the General Manager took the time to personally greet us and inquire about our stay — a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. A particularly memorable touch was the personalized welcome message displayed on the television upon our arrival, which added a unique and warm element to our visit. The team managing the complimentary breakfast was efficient and attentive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable start to our day. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would gladly return.
