We arrived at the front door at 10:30pm. The door was locked. They claimed there was a button to push. It was not apparent. We were abandoned in the middle of a a cold winter's night. I asked them if they were planning to not charge us, and have not received an answer.

The hotel was good, 4/5 because the room they gave us, heating was not working properly. We did wait for an hour and then reported it to the front desk after which they changed our room. The breakfast was nice.

We have been staying here for over 40 years have never had a bad experience, it is so affordable, rooms are clean, shower is great. Love the decks of the rooms so spacious. Check in an out were fast and efficient.
