Here, you’re welcome to bring along your furry companions – house-trained, well-mannered dogs are invited to share this retreat. Enroll up to 2 per stay, ensuring they're included in your reservation for a nominal fee of $40 each. Yet, remember, we kindly ask our furry friends to stay off the furniture.

Guest access:
The entire home is available to you and your guests. Outside you have access to the whole yard, front porch with rocking chairs (pillows are inside in the entry table below and throw blankets in the living room if needed), a deck overlooking the fully fenced backyard. There are two outdoor tables one that seats 4 and the smaller one 2 with chairs.

Parking: There are 2 spots on the steep driveway and two in the garage. The garage can be accessed by the keypad provided out front. There is parking on the street in front of the house. However, please note our street is very narrow, so we highly recommend parking off the street.

URGENT NOTICE: STRICT PARKING POLICY

We kindly emphasize a crucial rule: the property strictly prohibits the parking of commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorhomes, truck campers, or any other recreational vehicles or equipment anywhere on the premises or in communal areas, including the front of the house. This regulation is in effect to maintain the tranquility and aesthetics of the property.

Rest assured, there are four specifically designated parking spots allocated for your convenience. Please adhere to this policy to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
