constant noise and hovering of military planes and

The only problem was the constant noise and hovering of military planes and helicopters 24/7! It was very noisy and interfered with comfort and quality time with the family. Its not the hotels fault but this would probably be a big factor of us not visiting jekyl island again.

All the reviews were right - the property could use a little more updating, but the room was nice and clean. The lobby was awesome, and had a selection of beer, wine and cocktails to buy at a fair price, so we didn't have to go anywhere! The only downside we experienced was the Internet. Even after we were able to find the wifi, the connection was REALLY slow, which made it difficult to watch the Roku we brought. Otherwise, wonderful stay! We will be back!!
