Nestled on the eastern shore of Mere Point in Brunswick overlooking the bay, this modern cottage offers beautiful views, comfortable living areas, and great outdoor space for your Maine retreat. The main house offers 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, with multiple living spaces, and the garage space has a separate 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.
Inside the main house, you`ll find a fully stocked kitchen with a breakfast bar, overlooking a sitting area and dining table. The living room TV opens to a covered porch overlooking the water. The primary bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom features a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top). A convenient powder room is located downstairs, and upstairs, you`ll find a full bathroom with a tiled shower and a separate tub. This harmonious layout ensures both convenience and comfort throughout your stay.
The main house accommodates 5 guests. Should you need more space, there is a studio apartment above the garage included with the main house, accommodating 2 or 3 additional guests. The studio offers a queen bed with a trundle that can lift to create a king-size bed. The studio also features a kitchenette, full bathroom with a shower, and a balcony with ocean views.

The location was perfect, close to Brunswick but still quiet with natural coastal surroundings. The Ocean and shoreline were pleasant to watch as the boats came in and out of the harbor. The home was great, everything was well stocked, layout was great for our family, and I enjoyed all the built-in cabinetry which added to the maritime feel.

It could be more charming…but we don’t know how!
We enjoyed a beautiful rainy overnight at this gorgeously situated house and guest house. Lovely bedrooms and a cozy, book- and game-filled living room made it all the more welcoming. Our hosts were responsive and accommodating.

Great property with a great view.
No ac was a bummer
Washing machine kept erroring out a few mins after starting
Grill brush was broke upon arrival
Grill was very dirty and starting grease fires, so we cleaned it
May want to check leaking of kitchen sink or dishwasher. When washing clothes I noticed the ceiling is wet right under the kitchen sink area
