The building is equipped with 24/7 security and access controls for safety in addition to a rooftop garden with amazing views and an infinity pool. The balcony is spacious and had beautiful lounge furniture including a half hammock.all bedrooms are equipped with smart tvs and heavenly beds. Condo in Bucerias

The condo was beautiful and very spacious. Had all the amenities, as well as a few items of the owner that he permitted us to use - beach chairs, cooler and backpack. The rooftop has a small infinity pool with a view between two buildings of the ocean and the mountains nearby. It also has some outdoor gym equipment - great for a quick workout, as well as a bbq and table. Would definitely go back.

Great condo, location & property owner!

We had a great stay at this condo @Avelar. Responsive property owner who was lovely to work with. The unit was very clean, rooftop pool was very nice, security folks were friendly. We hope to be back next year!
