This is a fantastic property, if you’re going with kids. My wife and I have traveled all over the world, and like to stay at all-inclusive resorts when we can. This is firmly in the “with your kids” camp. It’s a great value, with decent food, plenty of space for pools, and a large beach. When we visited the Jalisco resort next-door, a Riu sister resort, we realized how much better the food quality was. Next time we go without kids, we’ll pick Jalisco. But with kids, this resort was great!

The customer service lady was always ready to help and could answer all our questions. The town of Bucerias was within walking distance and the shops there were fabulous. They also have a flea market. The food at the buffet was top notch. Always a good spread and a different ethnic theme each evening.

The hotel has great customer service and did not only mest our needs and requests, they went beyond!
