Never met the host. Communication through texts only. Did respond in an appropriate time. Could have used an information pamphlet on instructions for condo rules, garbage placement, certain articles how to use eg. washer. WiFi was good. Lacked a few things like dish soap, hangers, dish towels but otherwise things were well supplied.
