The K46 is a great place to stay convenient for accessing all of Budapest but plenty to do right outside the door. It was clean and quiet with an outstanding staff to help with any questions we had. The only qualm my family had was with the AC not being quite up to American standards but after talking with other travelers while out and about from the US, that’s par for the course so I can’t hold that against them. I highly recommend it to anyone and I would definitely stay there again.

We booked the 3 bedroom apartment, it was older and more worn off than on pictures (thought the building seems new), maybe due to not maintaining it well, or inconsiderate guests, but some things can be easily fixed, for example a mark on the wall. The apartment itself was very nice, spacious, 2 bathrooms, towels and tolieteries provided. The location was great too, close to buses that runs directly to many attractions and to train station Keleti. The staff is very nice, helpful and accommodating, the cleaning ladies went above and beyond to help us find stuff we left behind. Overall, great value for the money.

The apartment was spotless. Everything was in working order. The location was convenient to restaurants and public transportation. There was an unexpected 50 euro charge for taxes. Air-conditioning worked fine.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. The place is in good location, perfect for public transportation and grocery stores and restaurants. There’s also a washing machine and dishwasher, they provided dishing soap and laundry detergent if you need more also available for a fee. The room we got is quite spacious. There’s an AC but we can’t put it a bit more cooler as it was set for a certain temperature and it was a bit warm esp during bed time, that the only downside but we have to stay again we certainly will choose K46 Residences. Thank you.

Ideally located, near everything we needed and the main attractions / bars / restaurants. Around a 20 minute walk to the Danube. Would definitely stay again! Only notable issue was the shower - it wouldn’t stay facing down and therefore would splash the bathroom walls and the floor, we had to hold it the whole time while showering.
