The breakfast was cold and didn’t taste good. Our room wasn’t really clean, no conditioner. 2 towels only. No complimentary water for being a rewards member in our room. We weren’t given our breakfast vouchers when we checked in like we were suppose to. The staff wasn’t really friendly at all.

When I came to the hotel, a receptionist named Nike was very nice and kind hearted because she had let me check in almost an hour early with no additional fee. She had also offered cookies, which I happily grabbed. Thanks Nike. I will introduce my friends and family to this hotel, and I will definitely be back to see you again.
