There’s fees not mentioned. They charged us 3 days before the stay even though i chose to pay at hotel. Room flooring was dirty and gross. Worst part is the toilet ran all night and the wonderful people above us allowed their child or children to run around from 530a on and every time they used the bathroom we could hear it. Worst hotel stay ever and this was our first time choosing Knotts hotel. Not worth $200 a night ever.

Everything was great. Clean, pretty, nice staff. The only complaint I had was the walls were very thin. I could hear the elevator ding every few minutes and people talking. But everything else’s was great

Nice updated property and rooms. Restaurant has good food and Starbucks coffee service at the bar. Expedia doesn’t offer larger suite like rooms…found out you have to book directly with the hotel. The showers in the room were terrible!!! Switching between cold and warm water randomly…they were working on the pipes so I hope this is resolved when the work is done. I reported it to the front desk but they didn’t seem to have any insight into the problem. Overall we’ll probably return as the location is great and the price is reasonable for our annual family trip.

The hotel is beautiful! Super convenient if you are going to Knott’s berry farm. The bed was super comfortable and the pool was amazing. Staff was pleasant, the employee that took our luggage to our room was very nice, gave us recommendations of where to eat. Very polite, I think his name was Juan. The only disappointment thing was that it was not disclosed that parking was a $20 a day.

This is our third stay at Knotts Hotel and we love it. The staff is amazing, rooms are clean and spacious. Very convenient that it’s a 7 min walk to three theme park. We love the pool and Splash pad available to our child.

The room was lovely—cozy but perfect for a night’s stay. I booked a queen bed for my lady and I, and while it wasn’t the most spacious, it was a great experience as passholders. We appreciated the little touches like the boysenberry vanilla body wash, shampoo, and conditioner—it added a unique charm. We’ll definitely be coming back for Knott’s Scary Farm!
