I scratched in the room all night long. I turned on heater next to bed and the area smelled like urine. Will never stay again . Don't know what was there lice or something didn't see any bed bugs Floor and toilet were not up to clean .all looked ok but Im very clean I know.

From the moment of check in every thing went flawless! The staff was effective & very kind. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The hotel was crisp & clean! The lobby area, coffee shop, gift store, patio & pool area & outside areas 100% well manicured. They take great care & pride in their hotel. The room was lovely & accommodate all our needs we had a beautiful view too! I will be back so nice to be close as I’m 71 & was able to walk back take a nap refresh & have the whole evening back at the park amazing quick get away! Thank you.
