The shower situation was bad. Shower head spit water out at us!!! The shower curtain rod was so high that the shower curtain hung over the side with the curved shower rod so that all the water from the run off went all over the bathroom floor. The floor was flooded when we got out of the shower. The bed closest to the window was literally so close to the AC unit that we couldn’t walk between to get into the bed!!!

Aiesha- I believe that’s how you spell her name- she checked me in at 10pm on 12/13- she was so rude checking me in- didn’t explain anything- I had to ask her about parking- breakfast- check out time- she was annoyed with my questions- she seemed annoyed to do her job. I said thank you multiple times and didn’t respond back once to any of the thank yous- I will never stay there again due to her- she needs an attitude adjustment I will be call Julio the manager because she was so disrespectful

Everyone was helpful. The lock on our door became unprogrammed and it opened without a key. We informed the front desk and they sent someone right away to fix it.

This hotel doesn’t give you the service of housekeeping if you stay less than seven days, the rooms are quite dirty. The hallway is very dirty and the service is full.
