Hotel OK close to facilities

There were lots of noise in the night from the maintenance work on the street. No proper sitting arrangement in the room (no couch). Lift doors were small. Though breakfast was ok, there were no varieties. Same food every morning.

Close to main activities and quiet

One disappointing things is they call twin bed to a sofá cama. Ask booked for family studio king and twin bed. The kit hen was ok but to me the twin bed is not a sofá cama.

The reservation was just made the day before I stayed and the staff couldnt find my reservation for a while even though my credit card was already charged for the full stay. Therfore, checking in took a while that made feel not that good mood. Apart from that the stay was good.

Good hotel in a great location

Older hotel is a great location. Walk to Florida Street, metro and many attractions. Room was clean but dated decor with older furnishings. We didn't mind the decor and really enjoyed our stay as the room, with its built in kitchen and good size bathroom, was very functional. Breakfast was great and I highly recommend it. Just breads, meat, cheese, and pastries, plus coffee and juices, but it was good quality and all we needed to start our day. We stayed 6 nights and the reception was always eager to help with directions or recommendations. The only problem was the poor wifi in the room. Half the room did not receive functional wifi, so we did spend a few nights in the lobby when we wanted to watch some streaming videos. If you want a good launching point but don't want to stay in Palermo or other local with slightly higher rates and street noise, LOI Suites is recommended.

Good hotel in a safe area

The hotel is in very good condition. It is located a few meters to the Ministry of Foreign Relations; a very safe location. Just 2 blocks from the subway and a few blocks from Florida Street. All the employees are extremely nice, always ready to help. The breakfast is excellent, very complete. The room I got was toward the street, and sometimes was noisy. I good recommend this hotel and come back.

Great Location at a reasonable price

Hotel close to many tourists attractions that are walkable if one doesn't have any issues walking 1-5 KM. I.E. Florida Street many shops malls etc., Cemetery de la Recoleta, many parks and green spaces. Taxis, bus transportation easily accessible. Price very reasonable, however if you expect a five star, it is not, it's older, needs some renovations, but it is clean and front desk staff friendly.

Loi Suites Arenales is a great value!

I've been staying at Loi Suites for years. I stay there because it's the best value for the location. I also like that the rooms have little kitchenettes (small fridge, microwave, oven, stove). The staff is very attentive. You can't beat the location, it's super-accessible to everywhere, via taxi, walking, or bus. Blocks away from shopping and a couple of really nice malls. The rooms themselves are in need of new carpet, but they are always clean. I paid $78 per night by booking from my mobile phone (didn't use the app, just booked from the regular website from my phone. The staff is wonderful - typically Argentine. They are always willing to let you check in early, since international travelers almost always arrive in the morning. Don't expect 5 star hotel service, but there is always someone available. Breakfast is excellent. When you leave on an overnight flight, it's worth it to go ahead and pay the extra day at that price, so you can stay in the room until 5 or 6 pm. Otherwise you'll be one of about 10 people hanging out in the lobby all day until time to leave for your flight.

Great Boutique Hotel

I stayed in the hotel for 10 nights while visiting my son, who has a term abroad in BA. LOI Suites is perfectly located, within striking distance to all important sights, restaurants and shopping. It is on a quiet street, with comfortable decor and gracious service. There is a convenience store across the street to buy supplies for the kitchenette. My room was cozy, comfortable, and I slept well. The hotel has a very european feel with an easy charm that I would highly recommend to travelers.
