The first room we were given had a very wobbly bed and it wasnt cleaned very well however the staff was very accomodating and gace us a new room immediatly. The restaurant attached has VERY good food and it was so nice not to have to drive anywhere. Overlall it is a fine spot for a quick overnight before cathching a flight.

Our room was filthy! There was garbage left from the guests before. There were stains on the light shades, walls and dirty floors. I was so grossed out. Never will we stay here again. I do not recommend this.

Carpets were pulled up. When we arrived back from Florida we were to call a number to get picked up at the airport and taken back to the hotel, where our car was parked all week. We were waiting in an outdoor bus shelter type shelter. It was in Buffalo, in February and very cold. No one answered the phone. We had to catch a cab to the hotel to get our car.
