The hotel was under renovation. Construction started at 8am and was noisy. The room did not have an outlet on the desk. There was no hot water in the morning.

When I first checked in I was placed in a room on the 1st floor across from a noisy ice machine with no door on the ice machine room. You could hear the machine while lying in the bed. I asked to switch rooms which they moved me to the third floor. Unbeknownst to me the 4th floor was under construction so at 8am the next morning the sounds of demolition started in the room above me. I don’t recall being notified of construction at the hotel after making my booking or upon check in. Outside of those issues my stay was ok and the room was clean. Had I known the hotel was under construction I would have booked elsewhere. Also found it odd that they moved me to a construction adjacent room considering I complained about my first room being noisy.

The room was not clean, toilet paper wasn’t filled, the toilet was clogged…overall there was a lack of care taken. Super disappointed for the cost of the room. Was also told that there were renovations going on above us. So we had to listen to that noise in the am too.

The shower in the room was repaired several times and looked worn. The bathroom hinges and molding had rust and stains. Room was very vice but bathroom was in need of attention.
