The host was extremely responsive in dealing with the gas fireplace that was not easy to work. He came right over with his wife and daughter and we worked together to fix!

Property not clean. Bathrooms were not adequately cleaned and sanitized prior to our arrival. Bedsheets were dirty and glitter and hair found in sheets. Had to find another property to stay in soon after check in.

The house is very clean and rooms are freshly painted. All three bedrooms are comfortable. It has a complete kitchen and a dining room that seats 6. The location is great. Duff’s (an iconic wings spot) is with in a mile, the airport is within 10 mins, Orchard Park is about 20 mins depending on Bill’s traffic and Niagara Falls is less than an hour away. When we needed something, our host responded right away and helped us out. Check in is a breeze. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!
