Multiple things broken through out the room, stains on the curtains, had to clean the bathroom it looked like it was barely touched when last cleaned. Pool was shut down for maintenance for the first night for hours.

I went here a year ago. The rooms were great. The hotel was great. The service was great but this weekend was a completely different experience. The carpet in the room was messed up. The paint was chipped. The breakfast was terrible. They tried to charge me multiple times for my pet and it was way more expensive I'll never be back

The food tastes like it was warmed up . maybe get a air fryer. The parking was safe but the snow was not clear or salted the parking lot was not. You could have had a lot of people falling in your parking lot. You need snow removal as soon as 1 " is on the ground and salted.
