Sorry to say….They didn’t even have a room for us….not good by any standards. Hotels.com you need to relay the message of “stiffing” someone who made reservations through you …should always receive their room….especially at 1:00am in the morning. Not a well run hotel…Period.

Property is run down- grass unmelted. Hallways smell. Elevator not working. In room- door not deal fully. Air conditioner loud. Toilet ran all night. Floors dirty. Used soap in shower. Feel that the hotel is being used for housing support in the local area. Staff friendly was the only positive part of this experience.

I am handicapped, but there was no room available on first floor and the elevator didn’t work - and hadn’t been for quite some time Hotels.com gave no indication of this. The receptionist (Nick) was kind and understanding, canceled the reservation and said I should not be charged for the room. However, hotels.com charged me anyway. Though I’ve been using the service for many years, I don’t know the process for correcting this (if I can). I don’t think I’ll book through hotels.com again.

It was horrible the rooms were dirty.Outside was dirty, there was people living there.There was people doing drugs in the parking lot.It was very unsafe and I was supposed to have my reservation.Canceled in my money returned to me and it's still being charged to me.So I had a terrible experience and probably will not use hotels dot com ever again

The stay was good. The facility was rather old. The elevator was out of order so we had to carry our luggages all the way to the third floor. Good thing our room was close to the staircase. It was a bit noisy since the room could not block the outside noises. The front desk staffs were nice.

I didn't like the fact the elevator was broken so I had to lug my suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. My daughter & I were staying for 4days so the suitcase wasn't just an overnight bag. Plus we had other bags with us. The pool wasn't open, website stayed Sept thru may which seems like a very odd time for it to be open. The front desk people were great. Always saying hi & to have a great day when we left for the day & hi on our way back thru to our room. Our room did have a dead mosquito on the window sill & a piece of cat food on the floor. Water pressure sucked too. All n all it wasn't a horrible stay. We could walk to several different places to eat. It's in a great location.
