Charming villa with private pool in Momjan

Villa Samanta is located in the small picturesque area of the small Istrian town of Momjan, which is known for vineyards and idyllic landscapes. Just a few hundred meters away there are some of the best konobas (typical taverns) and wine cellars of Istria.

The position of the pool is at the edge of the forest so that the view on the untouched nature and the vineyards grows and thus allows the guests peace. On partially fenced plot are a pool, seating under the pergola with barbecue, covered terrace with eats and 2 parking spaces available. The villa consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms which are located in two complete air-conditioned floors.

On the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an exit to the balcony and a bathroom.
