This modern 4-bedroom Villa with private swimming pool lies on mild slopes of pitoresqu Istrian town Momjan. Surrounded by vineyards and overlooking town of Momjan Villa provides excellent choice for travelers who wish to explore the region.

Villa spreads on two floors.

1st floor, where the main entrance is consists of open plan kitchen with dining area, separate toilet and 3-bedrooms, each offering double bed and private ensuite bathroom. Dining room offers remarkable views over the surrounding area and opens directly onto the pool deck.  Ground floor offers vine cellar, TV room, separate toilet with laundry facilities and 1 bedroom with double bed and private shower room with sauna. TV room and downstairs bedroom opens onto the terrcae and lawn.

Outdoor area offers well equipped summer kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, wine refrigerator, sink, hot/cold water and BBQ, covered outdoor dining area for 8 guests, sun lounge area and private swimming pool.
