Bukit Bintang beach resort & accommodations

Lovely hotel - the use of the club facilities were very handy, and usually lots of space in the club lounge. Staff very friendly - a special shout out to Henry! Rooms clean, staff very attentive. Food is good including room service.

The staff at the front desk were wonderful. The snacks in the afternoon were a pleasant surprise. The foods served were also delicious.

I am very happy to stay JW Marriott Kulalumpur. Last 2 time I was stayed at Westin kula lumpur but their service was not up to the mark. Then one of my friend suggest me to stay here. Their service is very remarkable. Specially a Bangladeshi employee ( Md Sohel) is working in room service, his service is very prompt and very helpful also reliable. I really enjoyed my holiday to staying JW Marriot kulalumpur.
