The property was clean and tidy. The beds had clean sheets and there were enough towels for everyone in our group. The washrooms were stocked with toilet paper. We had some difficulty operating the shower in the master bedroom (could just be that we were from another country and we have different types of showers). The other shower worked just fine. There was a lovely enclosed backyard that would be perfect for small children to play or just eat outside. The check in process was relatively easy and there was parking available at the house. There were several restaurants and Bunratty Castle very close by to walk to. We had an older individual in our party who was able to walk short distances so that was important to us.I was a bit disappointed with the lack extras that other VRBO hosts typically provide such as a hair dryer and some basics in the kitchen like paper towels and simple things like sugar. When coming from another country we aren't bringing these things with us and is just more to carry around. I should have read the listing more carefully. Overall we were happy with our visit.
