Hot spring are great, how ever all the pools are chlorinated. Ate in the cafe on sute, took over an hour and half to get our food, each time we ate, ate there 2 times. Maybe it was just luck of the draw, repeating. Fodd was average. Rooms are pricey for just a room.

We booked through expedia, but when we arrived they told us they had our reservation for a different month and were all booked up. Thankfully a manager effectually came and gave us a room. Only other complaint is that multiple rooms didn't have warm water to shower with on Sunday morning. The things we did like: room was clean, the kids really loved the slide and it was a perfect speed for the whole family to enjoy. The pools were large and one of the life guards even broight us pool toys to use. The lounge is comformable and the lobby is a nice place to hang out.

Over priced. Advertised as registered guests only in pool but several people were arriving and leaving with bags and towels and one person was changing in the lobby. Bathtub faucet in bathroom did not shut off completely and there was a steady stream of water running

If you get the family suit it doesn't come with a full kitchen as pictured. Was going to make brunch and dinner with ny girlfriends, to save some money. All we had was a microwave. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful and clean
