An oceanfront home, it is situated on Old Lighthouse Road and is our closest detached house to the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and provides an unequaled blend of luxury and seclusion. With a secluded beach right out front and stretches of the same to the north and south, there is only a 200-yard walk south between the surf and dunes - along one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in the OBX - that will take you to the original Cape Hatteras lighthouse location.

All new for 2024, this home offers new flooring throughout the home. Four generous bedrooms and laundry and nursery/reading room make up the first level - including a six-person hot tub on the oceanfront lower deck.
