DUNE CRAB is not packed with bedrooms, at 4,484 sq. ft.; it was designed for you to find your own space, indoors or out, in every season. This expansive four-level handicap-friendly home has an elevator for easy access to all levels of the home.

The first floor has a game room with wet bar, pool table, TV, queen futon, half bath and laundry area. The second level has an awesome media area with large screen TV, comfortable seating and sofa bed; three bedrooms (each with private bath) - two are suites with ocean views that open onto a shaded oceanside deck. The third level is the heart of the house. It has a huge great room with sofas, an open kitchen with wrap around bar and wall to wall glass for unparalleled Atlantic views opening onto a wide furnished oceanfront deck. Dine indoors on the large indoor table, the small breakfast table, or just outside on the south side screened porch with hammock, which is just off of the kitchen. The fourth level features two additional master suites (one with handicap friendly bath) and more oceanside seating with endless views, opening to a furnished sundeck with a hot tub. (Fireplaces seen in photos are not for guest use.)

Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
