Decepção

Fiz a reserva com quase um mês de antecedência pelo hoteis.com, recebi e-mail de confirmação e fiquei tranquila achando que estava tudo certo. Chegando lá não havia quarto reservado em meu nome e não havia mais nenhum disponível. Total falta de responsabilidade tanto do site quanto da pousada. Tomem cuidado ao reservar essa pousada. Não cumprem com o que dizem.
