This two bedroom apartment is in one of the best locations in Byron, with Clarkes beach right across the road and the heart of Byron's lively town centre just a few minutes stroll away. At The Palms you are spoilt with luxurious views of Byron's beach front, where you can enjoy the sun and sea breeze throughout your stay. Start the morning with a short stroll across the road where you will find yourself refreshed by the waters of the Pacific.

Inside the apartment, you will find a spacious, open plan living and dining area featuring hardwood polished flooring opening out onto an isolated beach front balcony with an outdoor table setting to sit, relax and unwind with a cool drink after a day in the sun. The kitchen, located in a cozy corner and is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher.

There are two generous sized bedrooms and two bathrooms in the unit. The main bedroom contains a king size bed, the second bedroom contains 2x single ensemble beds. This quaint essential Byron holiday retreat boasts one of the best positions in Byron Bay. Unless you're looking to explore the region out of town, this apartment is perfectly located and designed for families or friends to wander along the beach front to fabulous eateries, bars, get involved in adventurous beach activities and shop for something unique.

Clarkes Beach
Your beachside holiday accommodation provides easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches Byron Bay has to offer. Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkeling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Café right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Café just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. We booked The Palms #4 due to the location. It is in a great spot close to the main centre of town with direct access to the beach across the road. Very convenient to many dining options with just a short stroll away. The unit is spacious, comfortable and stylish for a family of 4. Pros - Comfortable beds and seating. Large fridge Balcony with a view 2x bathrooms Laundry Cons - Only 1 bath towel per person (no spares or face washers/hand towels) Poorly set up Wi-Fi (had to call agent) Wi-Fi leads had to be adjusted often. Only pay parking along Lawson st while street parking out front during the day. Every tight parking entrance to allocated undercover parking space for large vehicles.
